By downloading, installing, or using Summa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Summa is a subscription management application that allows users to track, organize, and receive reminders about their subscriptions. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. Summa uses iCloud to sync your data across your Apple devices. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Summa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Summa is a tracking tool and does not process payments or manage your actual subscriptions. You remain responsible for managing your subscriptions with their respective providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed payments, or financial losses arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Summa operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
